Disclosures
Last updated: March 1, 2025
The information below is provided for transparency. Specific loan products may have additional disclosures at application and closing. Replace placeholders with your legal entity name and NMLS ID when finalized.
General lending disclosure
LendReady and its affiliates provide information and tools to help you evaluate financing options. Nothing on this website or in our online flows is an offer to extend credit where such an offer would be prohibited. Any rates, terms, loan amounts, or illustrations (including instant term sheets or sample scenarios) are indicative and non-binding until you complete underwriting, receive a formal approval, and execute loan documents. Actual terms depend on credit, property, income, verification, and program guidelines.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Truth in Lending / Loan estimates
For loans subject to Regulation Z, you will receive disclosures required by law — including, where applicable, a Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure — before you become obligated on the loan. Online calculators and preliminary quotes are not substitutes for those disclosures.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation, entity structure, and investment strategy.
State licensing
Mortgage lending and brokerage are subject to state and federal licensing requirements. LendReady will display applicable NMLS IDs and state licenses where required. See our Licensing page for more detail.
Third-party investors and partners
Loans may be originated, funded, or sold by third-party lenders or investors. Your loan documents will identify the actual creditor and any assignees. Servicing may be transferred in accordance with your loan agreement and applicable law.
Electronic records and signatures
By using our Services, you may consent to receive communications and disclosures electronically and to sign documents electronically, where permitted. You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery where the law allows, which may affect our ability to provide certain services.
Updates
Regulatory requirements and product offerings change. We may update this page periodically. Review disclosures at the time of application and closing for the most current information.
